Which AI models can I use on Nija?

The Models page lists every model you can use, with its context window and its prices, and you can browse it without signing in.

Search by name, or sort by newest, lowest price or longest context window; open a model for its full details.

A model's page also lists the request parameters it accepts, such as tools for tool calling.

How do I read a model's price?

Each model shows two prices per million tokens: the input price for the text you send and the output price for the text it writes back.

Output usually costs more than input. A model that reads No published price is not free: its calls are still charged.

How do I switch models in the chat?

Press the model name at the top of the chat, search or scroll the list and choose one; your next message goes to that model.

On a model's own page, Chat opens the chat with that model already chosen.

Can I try two models side by side?

Yes: Compare models in the chat sends one prompt to two models at once, so it uses the credits of both replies.

A model's own page also offers Compare, with that model already loaded on one side.

Which models do people use most on Nija?

Rankings orders models by the tokens Nija users ran through them over the last day, week or month, with each model's number of requests and its output price per million tokens.

Switch the view to read each listed model as a share of their combined tokens, or to keep only the models that work with images or audio. The line above the chart dates the figures in UTC.

How do I go back to a model I used before?

Open the model list at the top of the chat and, while its search box is empty, Recent at the top lists the models you picked lately, newest first, so one tap switches back.

In Recent, the model you are using now carries a tick. The list is kept by this browser, so another phone or browser keeps its own, and clearing your browser data empties it.
