Service status and updates

See at a glance whether Nija is running normally, read how each incident was handled, and follow the changes to the models, the prices and the API.

How do I check whether Nija is working normally?

Platform status shows the state of the service right now, the incidents still open and the incidents already resolved.

Open an incident to read every update posted about it, from the first report to the fix. Load more pages back through older incidents.

What do an incident's impact and stage mean?

Impact says how serious the incident is, from Critical through Major and Minor to Informational, and the stage says how far the response has got: Investigating, Identified, Monitoring or Resolved.

Informational marks a notice about something that did not slow the service down. The start and end times of an incident are given in UTC.

Where can I see what changed in the models, the prices and the API?

The Changelog lists changes to the models, the prices and the API, newest first, and its filters narrow it to one kind of change, such as Price change.

Load more brings older entries, and the title of an entry opens it on a page of its own that you can share.

How do I get told about incidents and changes?

Open Settings, then Communications, switch on Email for Status and incidents, and choose under Alert me about incidents at or above how serious an incident must be to reach you.

Incident alerts arrive by email only, and stay off until you switch Email on for them. Changelog news comes with Product updates, which you can switch off on the same page.
